converter for ms4 cam?

Default converter for ms4 cam?

i am looking for a converter for my car. has ported heads and ms4 cam. i plan to spray maybe 100-150, but want my converter to perform best on motor. what size stall would you recommend?

i thought you werent suppose to use the pt with nitrous, i was going to buy an ss4000

I would use the SS4000. You can supposedly spray the PT4000, but the result isn't as good as the SS4000.

Vig 3600 should be loose enough on motor and tight enough for spray.

so anything between 3600-4200 would be good

Bigger cams seems to work well with bigger converters. I had the SS4000 with my cam but upgraded when my tranny fried to the PT4400 because I don't plan to spray. Needless to say, I like the 4400 a lot more than the 4000. I gained a lot in performance too.

i have a vig 3800 no spray tho but it was a good stall with the ms4. for street and strip

also looking to get rid of it. going with a th400 trans converter useless to me.

it liked the converter alot. good with that cam. not too aggeresive for the street. did not get too much time with it
