4L60E shifter linkage help! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I just finished my new engine installed on my 96 impala (w/floor shift) and when I hooked the linkage back on my trany, it wouldn't work. When its hooked up it will click all the way down to 1st from park, but wont return. I pulled the clip for the adjuster out and tried to adjust and still nothing. Anyone have an idea? Nothing appears broke, but I haven't pulled panel around the shifter to check around there. Thanks.
