Default tranny install

So i just got my tranny back in the car after having the converter rebuilt. When i went to bolt the torque arm back on, i noticed that i didn't put the top bolt in the tail of the tranny before bolting it to the motor. So am i totally screwed and have to drop the tranny again? Or is there a secret was to get around this?

no, just have to take the drive shaft back out (if its back in) and take the tail support brace off so the tranny hangs down. If thats not enough, you may have to undo your exhaust to let it hang down farther. If none of that works, you can always take the 6 tail housing bolts out, slide the tail housing off, put the bolt in and reinstall.

I think the easiest way is to remove the 6 bolts that hold it to the main case.
