Default Tranny slipped twice.

As the title says, the stock tranny slipped twice on me before I stopped trying to spray through the shifts. Is the damage already done? It has 30k oringinal miles on it if that matters. On motor it seems to be fine. Thanks

It sounds like you clutches don't have the pressure to hold the power you want it to. It could be lack of line pressure or blown out clutches. How does the fluid look?

How long has your car been set up with the H/c and N2O?

What is the fluid level and fluid condition?

And yes, spraying through the shifts is detrimental to the clutches. It is possible that they have been compromised. But, no way to know for sure unless it is dissasembled for inspection.

Fluid looks good, and no burnt smell. I recently read that the trans should be in 4th for the 2-3 shift. Something about more line pressure. Any truth to that?

Been running the h/c package for about 2k. Only have 4 runs so far with the nitrous. I set the 685 box to cut the nitrous before the shifts, after the first two attempts to spray though them. Is it true you should overfill the tranny slightly?
