Based on your listed mods, no you are not at the point that you need one yet.
You want to run the 24000 B&M stacked tranny cooler. If you get to the point of using a higher stall converter and have a tranny saftey blanket on all the time, then you can add another B&M tranny cooler in serial for additional cooling. Then as a last resort add the deep pan to max out the cooling potential.

Re: B&M Deep Pans I have the B&M 3Qt. deep pan & the B&M 24K trans cooler installed on my 2001 Z28, and the pan does hang down, however not as far as my SLP bolt on SFC. It is also higher than my custom 3" round Y pipe. If you are planning on lowering your car, this is NOT the pan to buy, you will have clearance issues there.
I have a digital trans temp gauge installed, and live in a hot climate, on the freeway my transmssion temperature stays between 141 and 155 degrees, in town it climbs between 165 to 190. My total fluid change (no converter drain) is 8 Qts.
