Default Can you install a trans cooler wrong?

This is probably a dumb question but I don't want to screw anything up. I'm installing a B&M cooler (24000 GVW) and I'm wondering if it matters which line off the trans goes into which tube on the cooler. I'm also bypassing the radiator completely and using just the aftermarket cooler.

hook the inlet up to the bottom and the outlet to the top. the pressure in the line will push the fluid up allowing it to stay in the cooler longer!
