Just get the biggest cooler your local auto store carries. I bought the biggest Hayden cooler that Autozone carried and installed it in front of my AC condenser. I also run a B&M 24K in-line, but my my converter is quite a bit bigger. You should be fine with a single cooler. Enoy that SS3600!!

Get a Perma Cool with a 900 cfm fan on it. That will do it.

I just bought a BMM-70274 cooler and BMM-80278 mounting kit and mounted up in front of my A/C condensor "radiator". I took out the plastic piece in there and it fits fine. This cooler has 1/2 pipe fittings , i wanted that so i could run a nice clean setup with braided hose. I have pics i can upload if you want more info. Id go with this one and dont worry about it. I have seen ppl run these without a fan and be just fine. I havent used mine yet im not worried.

I ran both a Hayden 1404 AND a Hayden 1405 at the same time. A 1405 is too big in front of the radiator IMO, but it sure is nice to have one that big. I only pulled it off because I could mount it where the front bumper support used to be.

Did you have to thread the cooler for the fittings and braided line?

Im not quite sure I understand your question unless it means did i have to tap my own threads. No. Coolers comes with 1/2" female pipe threads. I bought fittings(1/2" male npt to 6an male) then fittings 6an female to 6an hose end(for the braided hose).
This is what i did for my new 4l80e, if you have stock hard lines runnining up there you may need different fittings.
I just wanted to run braided.
