Just want to take the time to tell you a story that really bothers me! I am the owner of a Auto fab shop who has been dealing with Coan racing for 7 years. I am a dealer for them, I have never had any problems with there stuff, in fact its the only auto stuff we use! In trying to keep this short i will get to the point. They shipped use a trans that had a welded bell housing, we saw the problem and gave them a call and they said no worries, they would replace it. We packed it up, took some pics, sent the info to the sales guy and shipped it back at my cost. On the route back, the bell housing broke in shipping. When they recieved it, they said to file a claim so they could get insurance on it! I said being it was released by them in the first place with a cracked and welded bell housing, that i just want them to replace what they should have sent out in the first place. The owner of Coan "Jason Coan" would not call me back nor would they send me my paid for trans until i would give them a credit card so they could charge me for the case replacment, labor and shipping. Even the salesmen that i had delt with for 7 years agreed that his was wrong! Just think, if they would shaft a buisness owner, A dealer for them to boot! The question is do you really think they care about a one time customer!! Just a warning before anybody else gets burned.
