Default Does your 400T clunk hard when you put it into gear?

Mine does. It sounds like it is coming from the rear. Maybe I have to much play in the pinion. Is it normal to have a slight hit when going into gear, reverse or D? It sometimes will do it when in gear. I have to break in the motor, so I have not it it hard yet. I just wanted to be asured that it would hold up. It is a new U-joint. Thanks.

Mine hits hard as hell when I put it into gear. And it shifts hard all the time. 100% line pressure no matter what
