Default trany slippen...help!

so i got on my car today doing a 45mph roll and my car just reved real high and so im figuring it was my clutches.so i got home and pop the hood and checked my tranny fluid it smelled burnt and there was lil metal shavings in it.so i believe it is my clutches.so now im not sure if i should do a 1800 rebuild or put in a new tranny like a turbo 350.right now my car has 325hp. and i plan on doin more to it so i dont want to put another stock tranny in it..what should i do?

You should get a built trans from us or any sponsor here , Preferably us lol. But if you like driving the car I would cenrtainly stay with the 60e , You have no where near the power for it to be a problem .

I agree with Performabuilt, For your power level i would stay with a 4L60E. A built 4L60E would meet you needs with no problems and you would still retain overdrive for your daily driving needs. Give one of us a call and we can hook you up.

Yep, not much doubt it has lost some of the friction materials... the band or forward clutches by the description.

Feel free to give us a call, I would be happy to explore some options with you!

God Luck with it!
