Correct. If you want an upgrade, look to the aftermarket.

How much money do you have to spend right now? What headers you thinking about going with?
For gears I wouldn't go anymore than 3.73, but there is nothing wrong with 3.23's, so I would do the headers or TC. If you have $1k you can do both depending on what TC and headers you want.

I have about 800 to spend right now....I'm probably going to go with the headers for now and the TC later. Trying to find some one/place to get the work done reasonably but good is a pain here. (central ohio) A friend of mine does most of the work and I just help when needed. My skills as a mechanic are somewhat lacking.:-)

I'm thinking of going with some Hooker headers....trying to find bolt on's with no welding, then I might be able to get it done myself. Have any suggestions?
