I would question your trans builder, if they're suggesting you use Mercon*

 

well the kid i bought it from said thats what the builder told him to use..so maybe he is mistaken..idk honestly

 

Most of the time the bottle will say that the ATF meets both Dextron/Mercon (whatever level) at the same time.

 

I was told that all of the trans fluid was the same(as long as I use the Dex. merc 3).............just use the cheaper stuff and change it more often.

 

put gear oil in it!
