Default anyone use this shifter on a 60e?

just wondering if any of you have used this and if you liked it. it looks like it could be made to work with the stock console.

did you read the small print?

* fits 4L60E when used with custom installation where an aftermarket controller is used to command the transmission. 4L60E factory neutral safety switch may interfere with B&M shift lever on '97 and later transmissions).

IMHO ... u really dont need this on our car, maybe ur just going for the look?

but with a shift kit on our cars your not gonna gain ne thing by shifting manually, if ne thing u'll lose ground.

if you just like the look, just put the hurst shift **** on the car, or get an MBA kit that allows a manual **** on your auto.

just my opinion though.

yea i see what your saying. i was really just going for a different look instead of the same ol top button shift **** that every other camaro, corvette, and cavalier have. i think im gonna get a leather shift boot and get the mba adapter and the hurst t-handle or a different ****. ive read that the shift boot out of the grand prix and grand am will work well. is that true? and what thread is the adapter?
