Help with trans cooler placement? I am having a trans cooler install with my shift kit and converter. I have a ftra and need to Know where is the best place to mount it. It is a 24,000 B&M super cooler.

Re: Help with trans cooler placement? I have the same cooler installed on my 2001 Z28. I had a transmission shop do the install, and they mounted the cooler on the passenger side of the car to the left of the radiater (when you are looking at the nose of the vehicle). It is mounted slightly to the right of the turn signal indicator (below the headlamp). They drilled 2 holes into the top of the air dam to run the hoses to the transmission lines. It was a very clean install.
