Moser 12-bolt Owners... install question
-8 nuts for the t-bolts
-3" u clamps for the sway bar bushings and just spread the stock clamsheel in a vice so the 3" u bolt will slide through
-some rubber hose for a vent line
-teflon tape for all the rear girdle bolts, fill plug, drain plug ( they will leak if not )
-correct u joint on Driveshaft
-3 quarts gear oil
-axle bearings may need to be pressed in ( depending if you opted for the backing plates )
You can drop the stock rear w/o disconnecting the brakelines. You may need an adj PHR to re-center the rear end

8 3/8" nuts & washers, 3/8" id hose about 12" w/clamp, 3 qts gear oil 80w90 non-synthetic, one tube of gm limited slip lube, 2 3" u-bolts, napa #447 1310 to 1350 u joint, locktite red, teflon tape for fill/drain plugs to eliminate seepage, zip ties. i think i covered everything.

Everything they mentioned is right on. You must also get the seals pressed onto the driveshafts, and a buddy to help balance, and line things up. I would wait to install the axles until you mount the housing to the car. Just makes it a little lighter to maneuver into place.
Do put sealant on the bolts they will leak! Trust me.
A buddy and a twelve pack that should get you started

we JUST wrapped up my friends 12 bolt moser install. It was WAYYYYY more work than we anticipated! Price the install... may be worth a couple hundred to not have to tear into it
they sent me the bolts and all that jazz! I bought sway bar brackets from bmr, make sure you mock it up before welding. The biggest problem for me was getting the fill plug out of the 12 bolt, hard to find an allen wrench that big.
