Stock Covertor Stall?

what is the stock covertor stall?
i bought my car used from a dealership and i am trying to find out what it has

I believe the stock converter is around the 1600-1800 range.

i read somewhere back in the day at the converters are 1950 Stall and 1.85 STR

dunno if that right though..

According to the Yank Converters web site the stock converter stalls at 1600 RPM.

Watch your Tach when you step on the Loud pedal.
Mine flash stalled right at 1600.

You could also pull the emergency brake up and hold the brake pedal firmly while flooring the gas pedal. My stock one stalled to 1900 I think. It's been a while since I did it though.
