Shift Soleniod Need Help I ran a diagnostic check on my 00 A4 Trans Am and it gave me the code on my shift Solenoid. In order to replace it do you have to drop the transmission. Iam not sure if the solenoid is in the transmission or not. Please help thanks
Well 1st what was the actual code ? and yes you have to drop the pan but not the trans.
