It is higher than that. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 2600rpm. I can flash stall mine at half throttle to about 2000rpm. It is nothing like a 1700rpm like the Z71 has.
I don't have a set of slicks so I can't be more specific. With Competitive Driving mode on, and a WOT hit from a dead stop the tires light right up as the tach jumps right up (well over 2000rpm)too.
