torque converter question
torque converter question i just installed my new trans and torque converter not even a couple of days ago.
My problem is the converter is too tight , what i mean is there is no play in my throttle and its a 2600 stall /anti ballon plates etc , built to hold nitrous ,
anyway will it loosen up ? can i do anything ? or am i going to have to go through the headers coming off and the pain in the a## of taking it out and putting in a new one? the company said they would send me a new on no problem . i say its tight because my car doesnt come out of the whole hard unless i manually shift and it use to rip out of the whole hard , advice please...

Are you saying it pulls just as hard as before when you shift manually and not hard when in Drive or 3? If thats the case then maybe you need the torque management and some trans tuning done using a tunning program like HP tuners. But I am nowhere near an expert on these things.
