Default 200r4?HELP!!!!!

I have a 200r4 in my 98ss and can someone tell why is it that my reverse went out.I put it in reverse and theres no kick in it or nothing it almost feels like its in neutral.When its in reverse i give it gas and nothing.Help please!

If the forward gears are normal 1-2-34 then its likely the low/reverse pisto has cracked or over extended .Will be and internal mechanical failure. The 2004r is know to do this is theres too much clearance in the LOW/REVERSE clutch pack as the apply piston has very limited travel

So basically the only thing that has to get fixed internally will be only reverse right?Just get low reverse fixed and I should be ready to go?
