Default could this trans cooling idea work?

well im still baffled at how my trans stays at 200F once i drive around town for a while with the 24k cooler and deep pan. so...would pulling both of the fog lights and putting coolers directly where the fogs sat work? it would have ample airflow at all times and i wouldnt have anything blocking my intercooler. has anyone else tried this? results? comments? criticisms?

Your set-up is more than adequate to keep the tranny cool when just tooling around town unless you have a restriction in your line, defective cooler, or bad airflow caused by your intercoolers. I'd take a hard look at what you have before messing around.

Also how close to your turbo are your tranny cooler lines?

i agree...and certainly thought it would have plenty to keep it cool, but my gauge says otherwise. ive been under there quite a few times and i dont remember the lines ever being too close to the turbo, but i will double check -- it cant hurt. a restriction in the line is possible...i guess i will look into that as well.
