Tranny and Differential Fluid...which Fluid? Time to change my fluids....just wanted to confirm which fluids to use for my AUTOMATIC tranny and 2.73 differential...??? Thanks guys

Re: Tranny and Differential Fluid...which Fluid? axle- redline 80W-90 or royal purple 75W-150. FWIW, the royal purple thick stuff reduced the gear noise a bit in my other M6 car.
Transmission- valvoline dexron III in the stock transmission, motorcraft type F in the Yank tranny. (He specifically said to use that so I did.)

Re: Tranny and Differential Fluid...which Fluid? GM calls for synthetic fluid in the rear axle + 1 bottle additive.
Normal Dexron III in the tranny is fine. Rather than buy expensive oils, change the fluid more often.
