thats a hard question it depends on your brakes and many other factors. On a lower stall like that I usually suggest just hitting the pedal without brake stalling , Or just a slight load up then hit it

k i was thinking that and i remember asking u about being able to shift in to 2 gear when burning out and i can do it when i got the car i started out in 1 and manualy shifted to 2 snd i did i am very pleased with this

Transmissions don't really make any difference in speed well as long as the previous one was not slipping or something, now a converter on the other hand can make a huge difference

Yes high stalls will cause some loss of economy at low around town speeds but will have 0 affect at highway cruising speeds in lockup
