Vig converter, Lock-up or non ? Ways to tell ?
If the converter is out of car, is there physical ways to tell the difference ? I am looking at buying a used one, and want to be sure it is a lock-up version. Seller is not 100% sure it is lock-up. It was bought from thunder racing. I talked to them on the phone today and they told me that unless specifically ordered as non-lockup, it would probably be lockup. Any physical way to tell for sure ?
Thanks !

Thanks GreekZ,
Would the tranny have to be completely rebuilt ? The guy has a shift kit (trans-go i believe) installed. I am 99% sure it would be a lock-up version, but just wanted to check for sure. Thanks for the help.

he did was install trans-go then it's a lock-up converter.
I remember my Vig lock-up converter weighed 36lbs and the
non-lockup was around 27lbs
