Well i picked up the car today, its not making the noise in the rear but its still making one in the front!! LOL!!! Its only when I am in first gear (A4) and coasting like to a stop and then at about 10-15 mph i give it gas, it clunks pretty loud. I had Straightline performance look at it on a lift and the torque arm is a bit loose. I have the poly trans mount in there still...ive def noticed a bit more vibration with goin with the 3.42 posi. Should I replace the DS as well? Any other ideas on what the clunk could be?

Take it one step at a time. Fix the obvious issues 1st, then move on to the next one.

A torque arm that is not secure can cause many symptoms.

BMR Adjustable Torque Arms are top notch right? I need to replace that first to see if its the problem. I think I might be taking it into another Transmission shop just to make sure its not the trans while Im still under warranty. Sigh..

Does the adjustable torque arm have rod-ends?
