the transmission is shaking at 3 gear

hello .. i have a 98 camaro z-28 with a vig converter
some times the third gear make alot of shakes
pls help me

Worse case synario is a sliping clutch pack. Fluid will burn and sliping will be more pronounced with a warmed up trans.

are you sure its not the trans mount? i put in a energy susp. trans mount and at 50+ in 3rd mine shakes like a bastage...

What size?

Maybe it's locking up too soon and making it shudder at like 40-45mph?

i found a none GM gear susp its (energy susp)
