Any luck? I haven't heard from Rossler and I'm ready to say the hell with it and bang it out....with my noggin![Bang Head](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_banghead.gif)
FWIW I made a custom fitting for the rear cooler line so that I don't have to dent the other side. What I did was drill out a brass 1/4" pipe thread 90 with a "u" sized drill bit and then pressed a piece of 3/8" steel tubing into it. (I stole that idea from Vince@FLT lol.)

Bringing this back up.... simple solution I thought of... what about just making or coming up with a 90* harness plug instead of the straight?
I just finished hacking up my tunnel to make this 80E plug work and while I was cursing the whole time I wondered why someone cant just make a 90* style harness plug... then the most that would be needed would be needed would be a slight BFH to the tunnel instead of cutting.

AFter dropping my tranny 3 times and cutting more of the tunnel out I said the hell with it. I went inside the car and took a hole saw and just cut out a circle and ran my harness from inside straight into the plug. I'm not sure if this is possible with the stock harness or not. I'm using BS3 to control mine so it was no biggy.

I'd be surprised if someone doesn't make a 90 plug. The plug on my allison/demax, is 90, and looks the same as the 4l80. Maybe you could buy an external plug for the allison and splice it to your harness.
