Default A4 to M6 Wiring Questions

Hey guys, I have some very technical questions I hope you can help me with.

The car still has no engine or tranny, i'll be installing it all in the next few days though and i'd like to get the rest of the M6 swap completed. The pedals are in, the clutch master cyl is mounted, and now im CLUELESS about the wiring. I'd like to get out of this swap with no SES lights

1. I reconnected both switches to the brake pedal. One switch has a black connector with 2 wires- pink and brown. The other switch has a gray connector with 2 wires- light blue and orange, and a blue connector with 4 wires- purple, 2 pink, and green w/ white stripe. Do i leave these as they are? I'm not sure what each of thier functions are, i know one is for the brake lights...

2. I assume the switch that mounted on the column with a cable that went to the A4 shifter is the Neutral Safety Switch. Is it ok if its connector is just hanging? Black connector with 3 wires- 2 light green and one yellow. Or should i leave it connected to the NSS, even though it is not functional now?

3. This leaves just the clutch switches. I cut 2 connectors from the original M6 car. One is connected to the large black clutch switch and has a blue connector with 2 wires- purple w/ white stripe and green.
The 2nd clutch switch has a black connector with 4 wires- black w/ white stripe, greenish-gray, pink and brown w/white stripe.
WHAT do i connect these to?

Thanks for all your help, and any additional advice you have

Cody,

I've only done 5 and 6 speed swaps in 3rd gens, but I thought I'd mention the cable from the shifter to the key switch that allows you to remove the key only when it is in park. YOu may have to deal with that as well. On the 3rd gens, it naturally wanted to release the key and I simply cut off the cable and the key would release anytime I turned the car off. You may want to verify on the 4th gens, but it is likely the same....Good luck!

One of the switches on the brake pedal is probably to turn off the cruise control same for one of the slutch connections....
