Default Mail order tune for stall
Sorry if this has been asked before but I tried searching, couldn't find what I was looking for.

I am going to be getting a stall for my car...most likely a Yank 3600.. Anyways, it just has a few bolt ons right now....headers, lid, gears, pulley...

Which company does the best transmission tuning mail order tune? I see some places charge $150-225 for it...

to tell you the truth i might wait and get a local tune...reason being i did my h/c and all that junk first before i had a stall and i got my car tuned,then i bought a stall and my car runs just fine without having the stall tuned into it...i do plan on getting it tuned for my stall but not until i get other stuff done to the car and then the tune will really pay off..just my 2cents

Well, like I said...just a basic tune to do transmission adjustment is only $150-225, compared to $500 for a full tune.

And I'm in no hurry to get a real performance tune...I have nitrous to help power Just looking for a mail order tune to adjust and optimize the transmission with the stall.

Is there really a need to tune with that amount of modding. The reason i ask is im about to put a 3000 stall converter in my car and i wasnt planning on getting a tune

I would be happy to do a mail order tune for you. It deff helps with those mods. Esp with shifting.

some time it depens I put a 3000 stall in my car drives fine but now when I floor it the rpms shoot up and I hit the rev limter before the car can shift. worked fine before the stall

Mine with a 3000 stall will hit the rev limiter when spinning but when i go to the track when it hooks it wont. What causes that??

mine does the same and mine hasnt been tuned for a converter so idk that could be part of the problem
