Built Tranny problem wont shift 2-3

Built Tranny problem wont shift 2-3 ok well i just finished putting my new tranny in my car actually its from my last ws6 that got totalled but anyways i just put it in everything went fine after driving it for like 100 miles or so no problem nice firm shifts but on time i got it WOT from a light and 1st to 2nd was awesome and at the top of 2nd it just started to redline and go off the limiter and wouldnt shift so i freaked out and decided to do it again so i went WOT again 1st to 2nd nice and 2 to 3rd wouldnt shift but only under WOT condition other wise like 3/4 throttle its good i have to completely get of the throttle and mash it again for it to **** into 3rd so im assuming its the shift points in the pcm? if so it there anything i can do or i just need to get it retuned? thanks

man honestly i have delt with alot of people and businesses in my life and you guys are by far the best in customer service and help with anything thanks alot and keep doing what your doing its working really
