Default How much RWHP will you lose with 27% converter slippage?

This big 4000 stall in my th350 ls1 was calculated out to about 27-28% slippage on the dyno. Also on the street its pretty obvious.

If a car was a 450-500 rwhp car, how much would it gain going from 27-28% slippage to a good lockup converter?

at what rpm was it slipping 27-28%? Obvisiously at launch you'll have a 100% slip and you can get a pretty big flash on the dyno with the 4000 stall.
Was this some sort of average calculation. If yes, it is pretty meaningless to speculate.
