Default Vibration question

I just installed a 3200 stall TC in my 2002 camaro. Since the install, when the car is at around 1100- 1300 RPM I get a vibration in the drive line. For the longest time I though it was the exhaust laying on something, but it is not. If you let off the gas, or give it more gas the vibration goes away. The vibration only occurs in OD and 3rd gear. In first and 2nd it is fine ( no vibration at that RPM). Also, if you going up hill, or accelerating there is no vibration and if you are just coasting there is no vibration. Other than this issue the car runs very smooth at all RPM levels. I was told that if I have it tuned to push up the converter lock by a couple 100 RPMs, that may eliminate the vibration. Any Ideas?

Put a new one in when converter was installed, thought the same as you and went to poly mount, didn't make a difference. The vibration occurs when the converter locks up. I plan on doing head and cam over the winter, some have sasid it will probably go away then. I just want to make sure that the converter is OK. It's a vigalante 3200.

I was going to say it sounds like it's something with lock-up. It may be surging a little bit at them low RPM's when it goes into lock-up.

Could just need a tune to bump up the lock up MPH setting.

I would suggest as mention raising the lockup speed to above 40 mph in 4th only and also changing the TCC DUTY CYCLE to 90 and 100 %
