4L60e Pressure solenoid mod My car already has custom PCM programing. I am wondering if it will hurt to turn the torx bit on the pressure control solenoid 1/4 turn?

What is it your trying to accomplish ? Firmer shifts? if so a shift kit would be the best way to accomplish this. But bear in mind with the converter you have the shifts may actually be quite solid and just hidden by the stall. While you can use the PCS to adjust pressure max line should not exceed 230 psi IMO so before I started playing with that I would see what the max line actually is with a gauge. To much line can be damaging.

mods to it:
Nice deep pan, BM 24,000 trans cooler, 4th and intermediate billet servos, and the stall..... Max life high-mile fluid as well.
My trans pan has a drain plug and just though doing it may help make it last and shift a little bit harder.
If you know any easy mods I can do to it, please let me know

Look like you have done everything you should need to do with a stock trans . You could consider a shift kit possibly but that would be about it I don't think I would turn up the PCS unless I first did a max line pressure test with a gauge
