ok guys i searched really quick but i only get about 15min a day to search the Net, as im in Iraq. does anyone have a write up for a 4l80e swop, i currently have a 4l60 and im pretty sure the new HKE 402 i just bought is going to tear it apart..i was going to go to a turbo 350 but i really want to keep the over drive for the street,,thanks,Tom scites

i know this is an LS1 site but is there any info about swapping a 4l60w to a 4l80e into a truck specifically a 97 silverado 2wd? ever since i supercharged it it just slips like hell and doesnt pull to save its life. it did fine for a month or two after it got tuned and supercharged but its progressivly getting worse. thanks
