my tranny just went in my 2000 ws6 with @ 36K on the clock, i attribute this to the track racing (road course) that i do, i leave it in 3rd and dont touch it,when i am driving around i am switching between od and 3rd...nothing 2 crazy, i could feel it was mushy for the last year and this was expected.....but not wlecomed at this point
just do any neutral drops, lol

Lol, yeah well I sort of wondered about that actually You have no idea though how many people actually post that type of response and are not joking. anyways, overkilled topic either way and i guess i have as much clarity as i'm going to get. Thanks for the reply though man.

In closing, let it be said one last time, put a trans cooler on it. They are a must have for us A4 people. Trans heat is a killer
