Default flexplate is cracked!
someone posted that 00+ have weaker flexplates. well today i was working on my trans and i looked up and theres a big ole crack in my flex plate . anyone know how long i coulda run like that before something bad happened? im glad i saw it now.

I would bet, NOT TOO LONG!

Glad you found it. Get an old style flexplate and loctite it. That'll fix you up.
