9.97@138.65

Got it!!!!!

Thanks again to Finishline, It was cold here (48*F) last night I didnt think there would be enough track to get it done. I jetted a 50 shot to be a little softer on the tires. First pass down the track and it was 9.97

The track staff asked me to go through the licence procedure after that so I was able to get all my licencing passes done last night the two full track passes being a 10.05@142 and a 10.08 @ 143 it was really cold by this time and I couldnt get the truck to sixty hard enough to get back in the 9's

Final Race's of the year this weekend.

Unfortunatly saturday I boiled my brake fluid stopping trying to make the first turn at the track. The rest of the day I struggled to build any boost at the line due to a spongy pedal. Passes saturday were 10.05@143, 10.08@143, 10.13@142

Sunday morning I got some fluid and bled the brakes. First pass I pulled some power just to make sure I could get a clean run after a morning rain. 10.13@137 with a 1.58 sixty told me today was the day.

2ND pass
New best again
9.88@141
New Best 60' 1.49

Backed up with a 9.90@139
60' - 1.500

Huge thanks to Finishline transmissions for all their support this year. Time slip tally is 115+ I havent found them all yet. Slowest pass this year was an 11.1@131

What does your transcooler setup consist of? Any links or part #s?

I'm thinking my $60.00 B&M 24,000 cooler wont cut it in my 10.50@130 FLT'd Daily Driver

I have my FLT LVL 5 bolted up ready to rock, Im curious to see what the temps will be with the baby BM cooler compared to anice one like the Jegs one that comes with a fan.

I would suggest to try to keep the temps between 160-200*. If a larger cooler or one with a fan is needed to do so, I'm all for it. Heat is one of the biggest killers of transmissions. Vince
