Default How to tell if my tranny is slipping?

When Driving on Regular Radial Tires my transmission feels fine. It's an auto with a 3500 Yank Stall a cooler and a deep pan. But when I am driving on slicks it feels like the tranny is slipping.

Is this just b/c the slicks are slightly harder to turn over and .2 of an inch taller or is my tranny starting to go or is it all in my head??

one way tocheck... watch the trans temps... if it's getting really hot it's prolly slipping (especially if it gets really hot going up hills)
