Flexplate install ????'s

Hi Guys,
I'm about to have the TCI heavy duty flexplate installed tomorrow. Any tips &/or advice and any pitfalls to advise mechanic. We did not drop the transmission to check the flexplate for the vibration the car has been having but quite a few members here felt that it is flexplate related. I'm hoping this flexplate change resolves the problem..wish me luck guys.
