Default Car Work and Now Some Funny Noises

Ok guys, I just got my car back after getting a complete re haul done. The parts that have been installed are.

M9, Detroit locker
BMR Adjustable LCAs
BMR Adjustable PHB
BMR Anti-Roll Bar
Yank SS3600
PST 3.5" Aluminum Drive Shaft

I also had the transmission looked over, and had the parts that needed to be changed replaced, because when the 10 bolt blew it took out the input sprag in the transmission.

So first of two problems, a weird vibration that occurs mostly between 1200 and 2800 RPMs. The vibration is RPM specific, meaning that it does it in Drive and also in park/neutral when between those RPMs. I have no clue what this could be.

Second is a terrible grinding noise when the SS3600 locks up. The converter locks at about 34-36mph and at this speed, with my gears I am at about 1400RPMs. The grind does not start until after the lock up process is completely finished, meaning, it doesn't grind while the RPMs are dropping but instead after the lock up is done. Usually this grinding noise stops by about 40mph, so although it sounds bad, it goes away fairly quickly.

It seems with cars the problems never stop coming.
