I'm not trying to cause any disbelief. Just trying to figure mine out. BTW my trap speeds corrected are 111(320-330hp range) and your pulling 113mph(350+hp). Do 02's have that much more hp? Where does it come from?IMKMFAST: Thanks for your help. Your et's & mph on your runs would help me out a lot I'm trying to make it to the 11's SI.
If you'll give me a complete listing of your mods and raceweight, I'll try to help you hunt down your missing MPH compared to mine (it dynoed 359 with the converter locked and through the cuttout, btw.) 111 MPH is still very good for a bolt-on car! The difference in our MPHs may well have been density altitude. I don't know what mine was that day but it was pretty good.

I'm only trapping 108.7mph w/DA of 1779'.
Corrected to 0' DA it should run 111mph.Do you think there is anything to gain going to 3.73 gears? Any ideas you have would be greatly appreciated.

I really do'nt think there is much difference in the 3.23/3.73 thing though.I raced I friend of mine one night at the track and we had the same mods at the time, only diff. was the gears. She had a 02 T/A 'vert w/3.73 & mine had 3.23s.The diff. in our runs was 0.01.The main reason I put 3.73s in mine was because alot of my driving around town is on roads that have speed limits of about 40-50mph.The 3.73 have a nice down shift kick about 50-55,with the 3.23s is was more like 65.On the interstate with either gear you can usually get the kick you want if somebody pulls up on you. With the 3.73s the kick is much better a lower speeds. If half a fender is all you need to call it a win, you'll get it quicker w/3.73s
