DiabloSport is looking to hire a full time technical support specialist.

Requirements:
Polite customer service skills
Proper speaking voice
Knowledge with multiple windows platforms (XP, Vista, 7)
Knowledge of basic computers (file systems, windows explorer, etc..)
Ability to respond to customers email with proper punctuation, grammar and spelling while providing a cohesive response.
Strong organizational skills
experience with Diablosport products is a plus, but not required
Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities:
Answering technical support phone calls
Replying to technical support emails
Providing live help via chat on our website

Most of the job revolves around phone support for our customers, assisting them with installing software, updating tool, loading custom tunes, etc.
Troubleshooting skills and knowledge of basic flash tools and procedures is a definite plus.
