Cleveland Pick-A-Part is hiring Mechanics, Service Managers, Engine Builders in Ohio! Due to the overwhelming booming business of late model high performance cars and trucks, PAPS Auto Center at Cleveland Pick-A-Part is expanding its mechanic bay from 6 lifts to 12 lifts. With these changes, and a brand new $2 Million dollar warehouse being built, we are looking to hire for the following positions:

Service Manager:
The ideal full time service manager would have at least 3 years of management experience, as well as a very good understanding of a auto repair shop.
Responsibilities would include managing 5-12 engine bays, parts ordering, scheduling appointments, customer service, and fleet vehicle maintenance, among other duties.
We provide competitive hourly wages, overtime, clean new uniforms, full benefits including health insurance, a friendly staff under a family owned business, holiday pay, and paid vacations.
While tools are not required for the position of Service Manager, they would be Beneficial.

Hours are 6 days a week:
Monday-Friday 8AM - 5PM
Saturday 9AM - 2PM

Engine Builder:
The ideal full time engine builder would have the required ASE certifications, and previous experience in building motors. We commonly operate on 8 and 10 cylinder high performance domestic vehicles, but other engines pop up every now and then. Our specialties are 5.7L and 6.0L GM powered engines, all Ford engines, Viper engines, all Dodge 5.7 Hemi and 6.1 SRT-8 engines, among others.
Employee to have all hand tools required to complete the engine builds.

If you have motor building qualifications and skills, we can help assist in achieving certain advanced engine building certifications.

The ideal full time mechanic would have some ASE certifications and previous experience in auto mechanics. We operate on all domestic and foreign vehicles, 4 cylinders to 8 cylinder cars and trucks, but other types of cars and trucks pop up every now and then.
All required tools must be provided by the employee prior to the start of the job.
