Can I use BBC iPlayer outside the UK?
Rights agreements mean that BBC iPlayer television programmes are only available to users to download or stream (Click to Play) in the UK. However, we are aware of demand for an international version.
Most radio programmes are available outside the UK in addition to podcasts, although sporting and other programmes may be subject to rights agreements.
In addition, highlights from many of BBC News' programmes are available for viewers outside the UK, as is BBC Sport video content.
Do make sure you check for the latest updates on BBC iPlayer or contact your own country's broadcasters to find out if they offer a similar service to BBC iPlayer.

I tried opening it up but the damn firewalls have it blocked here at work. I have had it downloaded at home since Sunday night but haven't been able to watch the whole thing yet.

best show ever! I have every episode going back to the 80s and im not kidding! The last one where they drove a crappy little citroen( i think ) off the dock was funny as hell! I'm waiting patiently for this weeks to be uploaded to download any minute! They usually are uploaded around 3pm CST. So yeah if anyone wants any back episodes uploaded let me know and I can probably work something out.

Just wanted to let everyone know that you can also use tudou.com to watch Top Gear episodes. they are the Youtube of China.
If you are unable to read the website, just use google to translate the website for you.
Lucky for me I studied Chinese for 6 months when I lived in Hong Kong.
