its pointless to have a muscle/sports car and its a "v6"....its almost as dumb as a damn 4 door charger....but a bad enconmy opened that door. doesnt click yet? how about buying a $3000 laptop for networking but you are using the old AOL dial up modem!

I drove a 2011 V6 Mustang yesterday. 0-60 my Wife's 2006 V6 Mustang is way faster (her's has a 4.10 T-Lok, duals, CAI, & tune).
My GXP would destroy that V6 Mustang.

You guys do realize what you're saying here, right? Criticizing this car for being a V6 Mustang, but getting all excited about running one... It shouldn't even be close, but it is... We have a 5.3L V8 that's JUST keeping up, maybe beating a 3.7L V6... Oh boy!! lol Then we have to spend MORE money on our engines to really put a hurtin' on this thing? Sorry, but that does not compute.
I want one exactly like this one...

I'm not partial to any brand, and I too bought my car based on the features and performance it has for the price. And FWD works OK for me since I live in the shitty wintered Midwest, near Chicago. I look at a car as a car, compare features, looks, performance, and price. I never look at a car and say, "oh but it's a (INSERT BRAND)," except for Toyota's.

i said this before about the v6 camaro and ill say it again about the v6 mustangs its gay. the only reason to buy that car with a v6 is if your completely obsessed with the looks and cant afford a v8 one. who cares if its faster than a stock fox 5.0. what isnt? the cars almost 20 years old it better be faster, and on doing mods to keep up with them im not worried about it. i doubt that everyone with a v6 one is going to want to drag it or be some type of pro street racer that will blow our doors off everytime. im personally not worried about my daily driver, fwd, sports coupe getting beaten by some guy in his awesome, brand new, v6, super muscle car. for those of you who want to buy them more power to you. i think im going to hold out for a 2SS.

Being the true at heart import guy that I am. I love the look of the 2011 Mustang RTR. A dealer installed package that's mainly cosmetic with some mufflers, wheels and suspension. (looks like some import tuners got ahold of it)
