Edmunds Feature - 1987 and 2011 Buick Regal turbos
#22
Seems the article was done ONLY to compare two very different cars wearing the same nameplate. I have no problem with it, but it sure made the new one look like a bad one. If this is ANY indication of the new GS, Buick has made a mistake of historical proportions.
Pretty much.
They were what they are and that was and is... SWEET! I'd sure like another in my driveway. And if someone is giving one away, I want it!
Huh??? Uhh... NO.
The GN-X was, but the GN... No... 14.3's was about where they were. I drove an 86 for awhile... In 1986/7(I could NOT afford that car). Anyway, 14.40-60's...

And that "slow" car is just as fast as an LS1 car with a good launch, I really don't get how you could call it slow?

Yes, so there's really no point in offering the stick either. Anyone who would have wanted the stick would have wanted everything else. Now they'll go elsewhere.

Didn't realize they droped the AWD, this has got fail written all over it. A turbo FWD 6-speed grandpa car? Who the hell is going to buy that? I guess GM is doing an awesome job turning the company around
