Default Ntb scam!!!!

need an alignment so a ntb is right by my house took it there... after waiting and walking around there store for 1hr 30mins guy comes out. Sorry we cant do an alignment on your car your inner tie rods are frozen.

Frozen? Yes we cant get them to move we even heated them up cherry red and they wouldnt move. You need new ones then we can do an alignment. Want me to get that started?

No please DO NOT TOUCH MY CAR.
bring car to my mechanic can you check my tie rods please. OK, checked them they are 100% even look pretty new. hmm really well ntb said they were bad.

IMO NTB is nothing but scamming idiots, they probably just sat the car up there and let it sit then made a excuse.

just getting word out there. I mean first midas when im to lazy to change my own oil now ntb wow people are grimy.

im not trying to get this thread locked, just letting the word out there that a business calming to be 100% honest and work done right would try and lie to a paying customer. Saying they need this when they dont, that could fall under stealing maybe?
