Default Marketplace Fairness Act

I've been hearing a little about this bill and was wondering how it will affect any of the companies doing business here. I've just gotten back into an Fbody after 7 long years of having nothing but a truck and have a lot of parts to buy and I wondered if I should try to buy everything now in case they pass this bill or not worry about it and still just get a few parts at a time.

Senate bill 1832. In short it forces online retailers to charge taxes for the state the buyer lives in.

part of that bill has already been passed here in Texas. Amazon and and few other sites already incorporate the added taxes when checking out. So in other words buy whatever you can now just not businesses that are in Tx or Cali as they both charge for online tax
