I'm honestly stunned they moved that many Mustangs with the new one coming. That either shows the rebates are good and/or people are possibly not thrilled with the new design.

Agreed.

A friend picked up a 2014 GT500 last fall, even he says the new one looks like a Fusion and has no interest.

The latest mustang models are the best they've looked in a long time. I saw a really nice Boss 302 on the way to work this morning. White with black hood stripes, lowered on some nice darker wheels, and a healthy exhaust note.

But it's funny to think that in one month they sold nearly as many as they sold of my car (V1 in sig) in 4 years.

I'm not picking a political fight, just want to mention that a friend car salesman (Ford) tells me they expect a drop in car sales as the numbers increase in Obamacare mandate. once people see how much they must spend monthly, or how much MORE they will need to pay once dropped from their plans. And once the business mandate kicks in it will be worse. I'm going to buy another used car in next few years, I'm kinda done with new cars.
