Default How good we have it now...

While the '60s were always referred to as the muscle car era, but I think we're in the grip of a new glorious muscle car period, and like Patrick said, it's important to remember how good we have it today. Just check out how anemic this Chevy Chevelle Laguna Type S-3 is...

The coolest thing about this vid is it points out that the street cars used to actually have something to do with the NASCAR racers. That hasn't been true for a long, long, time.

At least the Laguna Type S-3 looks nice and would stand out in a parking lot. And it is a two door rwd large coupe. Try to find a domestic new car today which is similar in having unique styling.

And that Laguna is a solid platform for any upgrade years down the road when we are poor *** broke kids in the 1983. So a 454 from a wagon will drop in.

Try that with an 8 year old Chevy Cruze or whatever FWD box available now.
